If you struggle with low self esteem and low confidence it may feel all too natural to accept criticism from yourself and others and to focus on perceived flaws in what you are capable of.

So now is the time to dilute this flow and start to focus on your strengths.


Boost Your Confidence

Sometimes it’s all too easy to focus and dwell on the things that aren’t going so well or we can’t yet do as well as we would like.

And when you do that, often you lose sight of all the things you can do and that are going well.

So starting today, make a list of all the things you can do well – even if they seem easy or natural to you.

If you’ve ever had a relationship, had friends, driven a car, smiled, laughed, written a letter, used a computer or read a book then you have an abundance of knowledge, strengths and skills (and don’t dismiss them as ordinary or things everyone can do – because rarely is that the case).


Now is the time to believe in yourself and all you are capable of.
