To start feeling better and happier, create your own highlights show.

Here’s what you do:

1) Every morning think of 3 things you are looking forward to that day.

2) Every night think of 3 things that went well that day or made you feel good.

If you want to you can write them down and keep a log to look back over whenever you need a boost.

Do this EVERY DAY – the more you focus on the good stuff the better you will feel, and the easier you will deal with any obstacles along the way.
