1) SET GOALS – what have you always wanted to do? What would you do if you had no fear? Make them BIG enough to motivate and excite you (even if there is a little worry about whether you can or how you can get there).

2) TAKE ACTION – take one small step every day that moves you towards your goal. Create momentum in bite sized chunks. 

3) KEEP IT GOING – make it a daily priority to take some action. Review where you are to keep on course. Push your boundaries and focus on the excitement as you get nearer and nearer to success. And make sure you enjoy the journey!
